Mission call, a sophism!
Calm down, I know that the title chosen presents a paradox, to be written by a missionary, but invite you to read the entire text to see the same and an apology to God's purpose in our lives.
The church has passed through the centuries by successive divisions, reforms that always leave behind a piece of the nonconformist body of Christ, usually generating prejudices between the two parties and claims on grounds that are not solid, we can see Catholicism and Protestantism, and Pentecostal neo Pentecostal, but I want us to look with much relevance to the history of the father of modern missions, although not the intention of Carey a part of the church was negligent in its mission.
"Sit down boy" was what he heard William Carey Baptist pastor after suggesting that his fellow Baptists should seriously consider investing in reaching the unreached in the world. "When God resolve to convert the heathen, He will do it without your help or mine."
One can say that at this point in history divides the missionaries and believers normal "without calling." Missionary and who fulfill a mission a goal, he lives up to it, everything he does and to accomplish the mission, which becomes his identity because he lives the two questions to ask and what is the difference of a missionary to a believer normal? If there is a difference, should it exist?
What I mean and that all were made to cooperate and to communicate with God and this mission, I am not opposed to the term missionary, but as he understood and implemented, and the division between the so-called and not called a zone created comfort and apathy in the midst of the church, all Christians are called to fulfill the mission somehow, everyone has to live for it, and everything we do has to be to fulfill our mission.
But an important point that characterizes the missionaries and they realize the dream of God, while on the other hand those who are not called to feel the desire to project their lives and most of the time it left a space fit God into their projects, this peculiar point that they also most often want God to subscribe below and as much support and support instead of letting God be the central planner of their lives.
I hope you who read this article have understood that you are also a missionary, and that as an ear does not feel the smell at all and the eye can not hear anything, so you and I have different missions in the body of Christ.
